You could have a bad tranny. There are other things you need to check. Look for burnt resistors,bad filter caps,arching tube socket(s) burnt grid resistor. power or standby switches that are arcing internally. Each effect has a cause.So you will need to isolate where the smoke is comming from first and then go from there. If you don't know how to work on amps,take it to pro you can hurt or kill yourself.
