those trannies are tough as nails. i've never seen a blown one, and i know some people that flat out abuse these amps. i read an interview w/ jess oliver where he said something to the effect of, "we overbuilt those amps. realistically, the trannies will be fine so long as they see a load. mismatched impedance or not."
