I recently purchased a V-4 on eBay, it doesn't work, and I think that the output transformer is blown. When I took an ohmmeter to the secondary, it read very very close to 0 ohms. Is this normal, or is it a good indication of shorted windings? The primary, I assume, is fine; both sides check out at around 55 ohms. Any ideas?
